Adult Strength & Conditioning
Adult functional fitness at SPT encompasses mobility, strength, power, and cardiovascular conditioning.
All of our sessions are done in a small group environment to allow for hands on coaching and support.
Every program is designed specifically for each client, and will be based on their current training level, fitness goals, and areas that need improvement based on initial movement screens. Two and Three day a week options are available.
Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain strength, or improve overall heath, our programs have you covered!
