All coaches at Sweeney Performance Training are CSCS certified through the NSCA. Which is recognized as the gold standard in strength and conditioning coaching.

Our flagship facility is located within BIC at 20 Carter Street in Tewksbury, MA.

Sweeney Performance Training is also the official strength & conditioning program for both the Boston Jr Rangers, and Jr Vipers youth hockey programs. Both of which play out of BIC. We are very proud to be able to coach the youth athletes within these programs.

The Boston Jr Whalers are New England's premier spring and summer hockey program. With countless tournament titles, and having been home to numerous NCAA Division 1 and professional hockey players throughout their history, SPT is proud to be the Strength & Conditioning partner to the Whalers program.

Impact Hockey is New England's premier advisory and skills development hockey consulting organization. They work closely with players and families to help place kids in Prep School, Junior, and NCAA programs. They also provide video analysis and development consulting for current college, and professional players. They strive to be a strong resource, and a positive mentor for our players.
