Full Team Sports Performance

Along with our small group sport performance programs, we also offer full team training sessions.

Teams will follow a very similar program. However individual program designs and modifications will be made to cater to each athlete.

Programs will be designed through the process of a “needs analysis” which is built specifically for each sport: This takes into account; The movement patterns of the sport, the primary energy systems used, the physiological adaptations required in the sport, the primary areas of injury within the sport, and much more..

In-season sessions will last around ~45-60 min
